Anti-frizz/smoother/glosser spray for hair
2 TBS aloe vera gel
1-2 tsp fractionated coconut oil or argan oil or grapeseed oil (depending on what type of hair you have)...coconut (thick, coarse, curly, or damaged hair), argan (medium to thick, dry, frizzy, or aging), grapeseed (fine, thin, oily, straight or slightly wavy hair
1/2 cup rosewater
optional...10 drops rosemary essential oil, 10 drops peppermint essential oil
Mix evenly & pour into reusable spray bottle. Shake before use and use on newly washed hair or dry when needed.
Or
1 Cup purified water
1 TBS aloe vera gel
1 tsp vegetable glycerin
3-5 drops rosemary essential oil
2-3 drops peppermint essential oil
Put all ingredients in a spray bottle...shake when using & mist lightly on dry or damp hair.
Here is what I am currently using on my face... In the morning, I use castor oil on my face & neck, then do my face tools. At night, I use safflower, almond, or rosehip carrier oil as my oil cleanse massaging it on my face & neck, put a hot wash cloth over my face until it cools down and then clean my face. Sometimes I will use my peppermint sugar soap on my face in the shower. Next I use a vitamin C night moisturizer. I also use the castor oil roller and roll it all around my eyes & on my eyelashes. Castor oil is safe for eyes, and in fact is used dry eyes, eye infections, cataracts, strengthens & helps hair grow including eyelashes & eyebrows, dark circles & under eye wrinkles.
If you are still using the toxic deodorants/anti-perspirants, please look here for some of the best natural you can get. I also spray magnesium oil on my armpits & stomach right before I go to sleep. This not only makes you not stink but increases your magnesium levels.
You can also do a manuka honey mask for anti-aging, leaving on as long as you can. This is supposed to be better than botox. Once or twice a week and maximum results seen doing consistently for three months.
