Drink & Smoothie Recipes
I use my Vitamix at least once a day, sometimes 2-3 times in a day. I highly recommend getting a Vitamix. They are amazing, & in my opinion the best there is. We & our 4 oldest kids have the Ascent A3500 (pictured) with the extra stainless steel container for hot things. I also have the food processor attachment, & the immersion blender.

Cold Coffee…. I use Teeccino herbal coffee a lot…this one has 1 tsp moringa powder, cold brewed chocolate mint Teeccino, Orgain peppermint cocoa protein powder, and a little unsweetened almond milk, lots of ice, blended. I also love the Teeccino dandelion caramel nut. This is my basic drink after my workout everyday. Cold in the warm months, hot in the cold months.
High Nutrient Chocolate Shake (feeds 2 adults, 4 kids)
In a blender add...

1 tsp ceylon cinnamon
2 tsp moringa
2 TBS peanut butter powder or peanut butter or almond butter

Adjust the ice up or down depending how thick you want it... I hope you love this...it's one of our favorites
Lime Rickey (the healthier version)
Since it's the holidays right now I thought it would be fun to add a little treat I grew up with, without the added sugar & dyes.
Add the juice of one lime to a glass with ice & Grape Zevia. This is a fun treat every once in awhile...definitely my kids appreciate & love it when I do fun stuff like this for them. Food should taste good & life should be fun.
Orange or Grapefruit Creamsicle
